  1. Whats your fuel presure at ideal?
  2. Nice numbers Im with you on it haveing more I did similar numbers on a smaller turbo on 93 gas and on a mustang dyno. I have some of the same problems that you ran into with it breaking up in the higher rpms. I had mine tuned by a pro and he thinks that its interference of some sort in the higher rpm ranges. He said that I should try to shield all the wiering going back to the ecu to see if that would help out. Next time you get on a dyno you should just jump on it and see where your power is. On mine I was hiting 300tq by 2500 rpms. How do you like the 2G mas? Im running mine with the 3 inch maf and maft and it seams to work well. Congrats on the great numbers its nice to see more tbi cars making good power.
  3. I run Mickey Thompson ET streets at the track. 255-50-16 You cant beat them with a normal street tire.
  4. lol... Ok dont get your panties in a wad. You should take a picture of the wheels a little closer up. And yes I know what SHP is Iv been around awhile.
  5. Funny felling there not SHP rims...
  6. I sold them to (jolyrgr) for $600. I didnt want to sell them but I was trying to sell my car with no luck. Not sure if he would sell them or not. I know I have the option to buy them back, but im still in a money crunch.
  7. http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/3551/img1222a.jpg I sold mine last year. Here is a pic of my old 8&9 meshes with 215-45 up front and 255-50 rear.
  8. I gained 5 hp and 36 ft lbs of tq to the rear wheels. It was all in tuneing thow. The nice part was that the spool time was quicker.
  9. Looking good Dax keep up the good work.
  10. Here is the list http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=83508 keep us informed how the e85 works for you. I know of only one guy that is running e85 on TBI and he has not got all the bugs worked out on it yet. But I will say 30 lbs of boost felt great until it went pop.
  11. No Im not going I am going threw a ruff time and ended up selling my car to pay some bills. Now I wish I could go. I have one of your old carb. setups that purchased 3-4 years ago. I sent you pm. Dan
  12. If you wont a really fun fast/quick street car then stick with a mitz. turbo. I just watched a guy with a s16g do 305rwhp this last Friday, granted he his mpi with mega squirt. But with the proper mods you can make one hell of a Tbi car. I dont make near as much power as some of the big t3t4 guys but Ill hold my own in a race. My car makes 300ftlbs of TQ by 2500 Rpms. I have another friend thats putting down 270hp 380tq on a 18g with tb2r and mega squirt. You can do what ever you want, but if you want the big numbers then you need to go MPI. You can ask any of the big power guys and they will tell you its not easy and it not always the most dependable.
