  1. Actually ended up trading it off about an hour ago... Not exctly what I was looking for but I couldn't say no to an LS1, WS6 Trans Am. Plus, she puuuuuurdy
  2. Here are a couple pics from this morning... forgot to mention I tinted the headlights a little bit too, not too dark though, as you can see.
  3. Figure it is a long shot but might as well take the chance. I've got a 1999 (new body stye), Silverado, LS, Z71, extended cab, 5.3L, 4x4, auto, 117K miles, tow package, Panasonic cd player, MTX speakers, sub/amp under rear seat, fender flares, 32" tires, nerf bars, dimond plate tool box ad bed rail caps, blacked out front grill (silver emblem), off-road lights on front bumper, upgraded alternator and wiring, think that's about it... I'd like to trade it for a quest plus cash or a quest and a truck/SUV. Going to be doing a swap so a really nice roller would be acceptable also. Blue book is $8k~ but I will trade down, just really want another quest for my next build. I am located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa... only pic I have at the moment, can get more if needed... lights aren't on it in the pic, obviously. Just put them on a coupe days ago and that pic is a couple weeks old.
  4. dang... I'd be all over that roller if I had some extra money laying around, if someone would just buy my damn truck...
  5. If i had one... yes. That is why I am asking for someone that has a car to measure it for me. ;-)
  6. Really....? No one is willing to take 5 minutes to help me out here?
  7. Seen it quite a few times over the years. complete hoods and just windows, it looks awesome if you've got a super clean engine bay. Google is also your friend. ;-) https://www.google.com/search?q=clear+hood&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=NqxYUs-wM4TZqAGWmICoDA&ved=0CCwQsAQ&biw=1600&bih=754&dpr=1
  8. Didn't know exactly where to put this... Can someone tell me how far apart the front "frame rails" are on a Quest? Center/Center, Outer/Outer and inner/inner if possible. My buddy has a $2k balk half kit he is willing to sell me for next to nothing. Width is already setup and is 22" on center and am wondering if I would get lucky enough for it to work.
  9. I'm looking for a CLEAN roller. Needs to be in really great shape (inside and out), has to be white or black and a widebody. I am in Iowa, don't care where the car is at but keep in mind shipping will run me like $700~ though if it's pretty far so... Don't care if the car has a blown motor, no motor, etc, I just need a nice clean roller, I have a turbo LM7/4L80E laying around that I would like to put to use. I would consider a roller with no interior as well but it would have to be really cheap EDIT: just realized I posted this in the wrong section, Sorry
  10. I can't get the pics to upload from my phone but I will try to get them posted sooner or later.
  11. Looks like that dark maroon, almost brown color I have seen before. I am interested, shoot me a text some tome if you can and we can see what's up.
  12. I've sold three of my quests over the last year and I regret it. I have a 1990 Eagle Talon, TSI, AWD... it's an auto, 112k mIles, white, pretty much stock, has a turbo timer, MBC, Greedy BOV, Walbro 255 and fuel pump rewire. Also has a Panasonic deck and alpine speakers. Comes with Dejon inlet pipe, extra valve cover, 2G MAF, etc... I am looking for a widebody. Prefer a MINT roller plus a lIttle cash but would take a good condition runner as well. It will be getting a motor swap, which is why I prefer a MINT roller, white or black if possible... I am In cedar rapIds, Iowa LMK 319-551-0161 and I cam text a pic(s)
  13. if it would be possible, can you either PM or text me a price shipped to 52233? 319-241-4059, Keith
  14. I need a set of brake calipers for my '86 Conquest. I got the car running/"driving" but it has no rotors, calipers or pads. I found some rotors locally and can get pads online but I can't afford new calipers at the moment. Not fishing for pitty prices or anything but long story short. I am going through a divorce, this car was suppose to be my turbo LM7/4L80E swap but I can't afford that now and need this car to be driveable ASAP while spending as little as possible, for obvious reasons. I am posting this for sale too but figure it would be easier if it was driveable, might end up just keeping it too, IDK right now, heads a mess. LOL
