The Beginning of the Ultimate Starion Build

We had to shelf this thing for a bit....2 years. But she's back on the block and we have some plans for her that will make it a legend if they pan out. I'll know on June 7 if the funding comes through, and if it does, can you say lithium ion? -

I will continue to be a bit evasive as to the actual overall specs of the car, as we have big plans for it, and it's promised to a magazine already, however, I will take some more pics shortly and I can tell you some of what's in it. We have fortified everything. Boxed in everything, upgraded bushings, upgraded hardware, 1200+ hp axles, caged it and fully framed it under the car. We are going to ATTEMPT to see what the stock rear end will hold. Honestly, Supras run 7's on a 7.5 inch ring gear with a TRD LSD in the factory rear end, factory ring and pinion. The starion is an 8 inch with LSD. I honestly think it may indeed hold up. The idea was to leave as much of the factory car as possible. In my opinion, once you tub the car, go full drag 4 link set up, etc.....it somewhat ceases to be that car anymore. -

No. We did the all metal widebody completely ourselves. It was a bone stock car from AZ only 2 months ago. -

Nope. Full metal widebody car including front fenders and skirts. It's promised to a magazine so I can't show the details of the body work just yet, but I will at some point in the pretty near future. Just wait until you see the engine bay! And yes, it is currently sitting on the lift. The tires that are going on it are 325/50/15 in the rear......for now. -

345/35/18 are what's under it. That will not be what stays on it.
