Okay, so I'm wondering if any of you have eliminated your EGR Valve and most of that vaccume clutter we have on our car. If anyone has done this I'd really love some detail and pics! Maybe there's a post about it on the forums somewhere, I'm still  searching.

I looked through some of my photos but I don't have any pictures I can show you to really clarify what I'm about to tell you but I can tell you the bare minimum you need for vacuum lines.

Vac advance line going to the TB port #1 (closest to tps)
wastegate to the intercooler pipe going into TB
FPR to the TB port right below it.

Yes other things on the car need vacuum, I know, but I cannot tell you exactly what to delete because... well my car has never been that stock. But the above is all you need for the car to run and boost properly.

1987 Flatty Starion -- Widebody Conversion -- V-Mount Setup --  JDL Tubular Manifold  --  MX-6 Intake -- MS3-Pro -- AEM FPR  --  ARP head studs -- 3" hood exit exhaust -- Hahn Racecraft 16g --  Tial F38 Wastegate -- Tial Q Bov -- Short route piping -- 5 lug & LSD conversion -- Tubular Front End -- Manual Steering Rack Conversion -- Manual Brake Conversion -- Stack Digital Dash -- AEM UEGO -- D2 coilovers -- full GNT poly bushings & mounts -- four 8" rears -- car lightened significantly...  More to come!

The lowest single port on the drivers side, below the throttle body runs the HVAC and cruise control.

If only I didn't have to pass emissions lol. It would be nice to clean up the engine bay.

Is there anything you can do to "consolidate" lines without losing anything?

Best thing you can do is replace all the spaghetti lines one line at the time w new lines if you are staying all stock. Stock system works really good!l only like to eliminate what is not needed to simplify things and easier access to everything! Here in Ohio l don't need any epa testing if car is over certain age so l can do whatever.Plus it's tons of fun.

Stock vac lines are 3.2 mm

1/8 Id works good also. Thicker side wall the better.
