  1. Check my post on here for the install. Ive gotten the back installed & it rides & handles great, no noises what so ever.
  2. Ya, Id also like to see some pics on your install DJ.
  3. Man you read my mind. Getting ready to do the same to mine. I HATE THAT F..ING PROP ROD TOO!!!!! Good looking job bro!!!!!!!!
  4. Thanks for all the info guys, I was waiting on Oscars but havent heard from him in a while.....so. Im going to get the measurments & will let ya know how she goes.
  5. Will these fit or be modded to fit our rides??? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TEIN-Camber...1QQcmdZViewItem
  6. Oscar, where are ya bro!! :? Sent ya a couple PM's to see if this is still on. Holla, bro.
  7. Just got back from taking the quest out for the first run with the new kyb gr2's & cosmo coil over install, & man she handle's great & the ride is nice & smooth. The fronts have yet to be installed but there is no rattles or clanking @ all from the rears!!!!
  8. I might be in also, would like a little more info & pics. Good find bro, I know there's alot out there that can deff. use one of these.
  9. Thanks for the info on this Andy, & thanks for the tip on the boots Art. If anyone is thinking about a set up like this I would deffinately reccomend it, like everyone's stated this is a solid set up, & can be done fairly easily. Just Paus, Yeah Im running the same set up but Im going with the front plates Oscar's having made. He hooked me up on the rears also.
  10. Yeah bro, I'm doing the fronts the same way. Sat crooked? Camber adj. or did you mean the coil was crooked from the factory perch & coil not meeting level?? With this mod everything sits nice & flat.
  11. Yeah, thats the camber plate up there for now. Not completely road worthy yet. I've got to order new boots to go over the shocks. Im going to mod the hat like Andy & Art suggested, & will get some pics. of that up for everyone. I honestly thought this was going to be more complex than it was, so far this was a breeze. Welding the spacer to the moded exhaust flange made this thing solid as a rock. Thanks Chrome.
  12. I ordered my KYB's of E-bay all 4, for around 180 something, 210.00 shipping & all. They are stiffer than stock. Tokico's were stock on our cars like stated, its written on the housing of the shocks.
  13. Thanks Rich, I dont know why the image of it installed on the quest didnt come threw the first time. :?
  14. I just finished installing the coil overs on the quest & thought I'd share these.I did the set up like Andy W suggeted, except I welded both sides of the 2&1/8 sleeve to the 2&1/4 exhaust flange before putting it on the shock in place of the factory perch. I used a sawzall to remove the factory perch's, making sure not to cut threw into the shock itself. These leaves the weld on the housing where the new flange can rest. The factory shocks were copletely gone, wouldnt even return after being pushed down (rebound). Man, this thing works great & has NO movement what so ever. http://img60.imageshack.us/img60/486/coiloverinplace0as.th.jpg http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/1756/coilspaceronshock9lt.th.jpg http://img82.imageshack.us/img82/1337/coilspacer1xp.th.jpg
  15. Received them today & man do they look great. Packaging was proffesionaly done, thanks for the hook up again Oscar.
