  1. Stage 3, but that was way to radical to live with day to day, I rebuilt it a little milder after that.
  2. Yep, I had a hard time convincing some on here that mine would actually chirp the tires even going from 2nd to 3rd! I wrote manual trannys off after experiencing this many years ago making Mopar 727 autos shift like this for my old muscle cars
  3. Ok, I thought that was going to be a long in depth video, not, one reason it won't work...the music is all wrong! But seriously, that is nothing like the mod for our tranny, first of all if you go and start taking the valve body apart...which it didn't show, your going to have tiny parts falling all over the place that you may not be able to figure out how to get back in the right place. And I don't have a separator plate in front of me to compare to the one in the video, but the mods to that are completely different, and one spring in one valve? not a mod that I'm familiar with for our trans.
  4. I can tell you if it will work, just give me some time to look at the video, I gota run right now!
  5. Yep! I have seen so many different orifice configurations in these VBs when I was modifying them
  6. Oh hell, you did it now! I tell everyone I have built one for not to take the VB apart unless you know what your doing, small parts go everywhere! if no one else can help I'll have to get my diagrams out, it's been a while since I have worked on one, I'll try when I get home today. Balt.
  7. Hotrod, you have a Quest and an SRT4? cool, lay a comparison on me, I would like to hear what you think. And no, my Quest had the American Racing wheels
  8. Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew what happened to the Quest I sold, I sold it to a guy in NY State and then someone on here shows me an ebay ad with it selling in Arizona. I'm still not missin it I'm still running around in my 09 Caliber SRT4.
  9. Hey Movin, what did you need the pictures for? how to bolt it back in? I should still have those
  10. I can't believe no one can answer this question, including me But try doing a search, I know this has come up before, the answer is in here somewhere. Rob
  11. Well let me know if you find one, I never did, thats why I started doing my own.
  12. Well, yes, it's got traction control, but it still will spin the tires, in fact the last year made ( 09 ) you can turn it off, with a $300 Mopar Stage 1 ECU you can put it over 300HP
  13. Yeah, I see you do have some mods...nice.
  14. Yep, like he said, so how do the two compare Hotrod? since you have one of each, I always wonder if my Quest was faster than my CSRT, never got any times on them, but I still swear by an auto tranny over a manual, my modded auto in the Quest would bang through the gears when I got on it, to do that with my CSRT you have to drive it like a rabid weasel on crack, you couldn't get an auto with this car, so to me the auto just felt faster....but probably not. One of the biggest differences is the turbo lag, practically a non-issue in the CSRT, but torque steer will scare the bejesus out of you the first couple times
  15. Yeah, but I'll wish them good luck in getting that much for it! but the mileage is for real, bigger turbo? looks like the 12a I had on it, hummmmm. Hey, another CSRT owner! do you still have your Quest also?
