importwarrior
Well i got the turbo apart and am currently cleaning it up and gettingit checked out at a local turbo shop. I got the waste gate assemblytaken apart. and was not too surprised by what i saw. Check out thepictures. the flapper is huge, the little soot black circle is the hole in the turbinehousing for the waste gate. Amazing how small it is. Sad thing is youcannot go much bigger because the wall will get too thin and possiblycrack. if i port towards the silver shape cresent part it gets in to theexhaust flow and again too thin. http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q299/I-W/Turbo/T4B-Super-H/null_zps2ce57a4e.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q299/I-W/Turbo/T4B-Super-H/null_zps01b0af9f.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q299/I-W/Turbo/T4B-Super-H/null_zps18b28d07.jpg Edited April 26, 2014 by importwarrior
button
Do you have any boost control problems? Is there enough room to port towards the turbine inlet, and away from it? To make an oval?
Funky Phil
I would drill it out and then weld around it for support
importwarrior
I have not ran it yet There is not much room to expand at all. I will for sure enlarge it but it will not be much.
