I'm going to pull the rear subframe and rebuild with new bushings/seals and what not.  I have been looking around on the forum and I don't see any breakdowns of anyone else doing it.  I'm just looking for the parts list so I can order everything before I break it down.  Also torque specs if anyone has them.

Torque specs and list of parts involved are in the service manuals. Ton's of people have done it myself included but I've never seen a comprehensive list of everything necessary. Hit up GNT for poly bushings, you won't regret it.

1987 Flatty Starion -- Widebody Conversion -- V-Mount Setup --  JDL Tubular Manifold  --  MX-6 Intake -- MS3-Pro -- AEM FPR  --  ARP head studs -- 3" hood exit exhaust -- Hahn Racecraft 16g --  Tial F38 Wastegate -- Tial Q Bov -- Short route piping -- 5 lug & LSD conversion -- Tubular Front End -- Manual Steering Rack Conversion -- Manual Brake Conversion -- Stack Digital Dash -- AEM UEGO -- D2 coilovers -- full GNT poly bushings & mounts -- four 8" rears -- car lightened significantly...  More to come!
