yea some dbag came and cut the ecu out. what really pissed me off is he could have just unplugged the ecu bc if he did that i would have bought another ecu and put it in. but hey s*** happens i guess.

its only the engine harness? thanks alot dude i had tought it was the whole harness. like under dash and all that. but if its only the engine harness ill just wait to find one with the ecu and swap it instead of trying to wire tings up. you might have just saved my starion man.

i looked at the faq and found something that might help already. the problem im having is we got the car and it was running beautifully but while it was sitting in the yard someone came and cut the ecu out of it. they cut the wires instead of unplugging it. and weve got connecors off ebay but. a couple times we have wired it up and when we go to crank that wires got super hot and started to smoke and melt. but we unplugged the battery quickly. we got another connector and wired it up and it was good because it didnt smoke melt or get hot. it cranks but it doesnt start. its getting spark because it ran for a few seconds when we sprayed starting fluid in it. im just looking for any diagrams that will tell us exatcly what everyhting is. we have a few but some wires we dont know about.
