  1. I have a set of Eibach springs I bought from Technology - 6003.140 Pro Kit. Still in box never used. I also have a new, still in box K.D.M. 4" intercooler. Local pickup is better but I can ship if you are willing to pay shipping charges from Tampa, FL. The motors, transmission and etc are all gone.
  2. Car has been sold to a member local to me. Thanks to all for your interest. I will be getting back on later in the parts section with the other items for sale.
  3. I see Macrium is no longer free. It was when I got it and I still get free updates. It can clone and is a very flexible program if you are running windows. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_disk_cloning_software https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_disk_cloning_software But like I said not many of us really need to clone or even care to keep the same hardware configuation. If I'm going to the effort to re-create a system I usually try to upgrade at the same time. Many time an OEM serial can be re-used if the hardware is similar like using the same chipset and etc. I have both OEM and retail OSes and seldom have any serious problems.
  4. I will try to get current pics out this afternoon to both of you. I will include my cell number with pics if you have any questions.
  5. Re-opening this thread. Jon and I could never get together on a time to show the car so it is still for sale. I would still like to sell it locally (not into shipping). See the above posts.
  6. You are correct, but how many of us need a real clone? Very few. I can get anything I need including having a complete working replacement in minutes. It has all my settings, drivers, and all my keys. All of my apps work without modification. I used this because I had a particularly bad collection of viruses when my son used my computer for a month. Knowing it was going to be impossible for me alone to recover it all I had MS spend a total of over 24 bench hours (over several days) at level 3 support getting rid of all the problems. After that I came up with my recovery plan. It has worked extremely well. I see no need to spend all the time and effort doing doing an exact clone which would lock me into a specific hardware profile. Again this is just for my needs, not necessarily for everyone. I no longer work from a remote workstation. With USB sticks and portable drives I can carry data from home to either of my jobs without having to change anything on any of the machines. BTW my annual MS subscription was only $139 and they let me keep access to all the apps they used on the clean up (many were not MS apps). The long file name, non ascii, and infinite repetitive directory entry tools were very cool.
  7. Just a thought... I bought a Canvio 1 TB drive (smaller than a pack of cigarettes) for $50 and used Macrium (free)to back up the whole drive. Now I can do anything I want..re-install, repair, get back deleted files or drivers and etc. Its fast and highly portable. It comes with the USB cable and needs no other power supply.I can do a full back up or use any portion of the files I want. Lost that serial number or etc..it's still on the Canvio. Acronis is very good..I used to use it but Macrium suits my needs and was free with free updates.
  8. Trying to work out a day when Jon can come over and see the car. It seems we very different work schedules. Holding off on any further action since he was the first to reply. Will get back later to all other interested parties.
  9. Randy, I tried to send you a message it says you can not receive any new messages. Is your box full?
  10. Time to leave the game. '89 TSi, MS-1 v3.0, Magna intake with 65mm, 750 cc inj, Fidanza, ACT2600, Turbonetics 60-1, log header by Chad, Tial 38 mm, cam and rollers, 3" turbo back exhaust, Magnaflow, Walbro, *DM hard pipes, *DM aluminum radiator, *DM 4" intercooler, Aeromotive FPR, Stedabani short shifter and urethane bushings, Accel coil pack, FIP distributorless pulley kit, ABS removal, BSE. PIAA extreme white headlights. “83 hood with some rust. GM alternator. The bad: Front seats need replaced (drivers side done with Tiburon seat passenger side not done but have seat and slider. Engine runs ok (daily driver), but has a lot of miles. Center console has piece missing. Drivers side needs strap for auto seatbelt. Needs Idler arm bushing. Flexmesh on downpipe has a hole and will need to be repaired. A/C compressor leaks badly. I bought one 2 years ago from an a/c shop but it turned out to be the wrong on and I waited too long to do anything about it. Has a bent wheel on rear that causes a small wobble that is distracting. Currently has a stock clutch plate that is worn and slips. Front air dam is busted off. Back window defroster does not work..cut a trace when removing tint. Will not be coming with a radio because I am keeping my navigation unit. This car was a lot of fun over the years but I don’t have the time or deep seated interest anymore. Florida title. Not interested in swaps or shipping across the country. Selling car as a whole not looking to part it out at this time. SQC gets first shot over evilbay and craigslist. I do have another engine with oversize valves bought from a member in Orlando that was in his running car when it was wrecked. I also have a 5 speed trans purchased from Frank (Orlando) before he moved. Neither one of these has been in the car. They will go on sale after the car sells. Oh yeah A set of eibach springs and a brand new never opened *DM intercooler. Again these go on sale after the car sells. I will try to send current photos to those interested. Price is firm at $2000. If you ad up the prices of the turbo, radiator, intercooler, intake and exhaust header, Megasquirt and wheel kit you know this is more than reasonably priced. Please don't insult me with low ball offer. Of course we all know the * before the DM stands for the initials of some one no longer in the Starquest community.

  12. PM me with your info and etc for the rear hatch seal.
  13. Got any of those rear hatch seals left? I can use one.
  14. Yeah, what I need is the plastic strap. One of the members told me it can be from any year and either side of the car. I just need it to be in good shape. I,m asking that anyone that has one in good shape please send me a pic and price. One with a lot of wear and tear is not what I'm looking for. I need it to last a few years. Thanks to all in advance.
