pcristquester Posted March 26, 2015 Report Share Posted March 26, 2015 The idiot light for the parking brake is on most of the time, but not always. When I'm stopped and it's not on, it will light when I set the parking brake and sometimes turn off when released, but not always. Drove it tonight and it stayed on except when turning right. Straighten back out, it lights up again until another right turn, repeat, repeat. Is there a sensor or sensors I should be checking out? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ucw458 Posted March 26, 2015 Report Share Posted March 26, 2015 There are 2 lights for brakes and one is more important than the other. The master cyl resivour has a float switch to let you know when fluid is low. Check that first. The parking brake has a switch attached to the handle for the light.
