i got it hot and its smoking out of tail pipe im smoking out the tail pipe bad

well im new at this and im vary good at fixing stuff and im a quick learner and i would like to re build it my self but how much would a pro charge to do it all that is wrong is burned up rings i got here a little warm so its just parked for now

well give me some advice what should i do i have burned up rings and a 14psi turbo thats making it have pre ingiton

what parts should i put in my car and were can i get them looking to build a stronger bottom end and make a few more HP and also i put a 14psi turbo on there and im having pre ignition problems how do i fix i dont want to blow up the car mostly i need web sites or people i can contact about getting parts and rebuild kits
