Is this the correct maf translator?
https://www.ebay.com...3.N36.S1.R1.TR4

Or does it have to be the 1G? what is the difference?

And is this the correct gm maf?
https://www.ebay.com...119.m1438.l2649

thanks.

Ok thank you very much guys, I am thinking of running the 3" gm maf , 1g maf translator, with an APSX wideband AF ratio and boost gauge. Then later on probably hook up an SAFC 2 when I have some more funds.

one thing to consider.

when I drive my car it runs perfect drives perfect.
but when I come to a stop it stalls pig rich.

if this happens, place the GM MAF BETWEEN the BOV and the tbody.

just food for thought.

You are correct.

from what I have read the BOV could open on decal suck air in and cause a lean condition.
if the MAF is after the BOV all air is metered.

OR recirculate the BOV.

either way is fine.

If you can live without the woosh sound lol than that's easy just leave that mass before the turbo  Done! Although l love that sound my t3/t4 creates so much pressure and sound when BOV opens you can see air blast come out and blow dust 10'around the car sometimes scares the s... out of people standing near by lol

LOL I agree. I just ordered the couplers to place my MAF after the BOV.
I want to try it there to see if it runs better and the stalling stops.

I have to heal toe it when stopping sometimes. I checked all couplers for
leaks and it holds (intercooler piping) over 30 PSI no problem.

we will see.

One of my buddies had a freaking air horn rigged up to the blow off valve it was the  loudest l have ever seen lol But got ticketed for it and had to ditch the whole thing. It sounded like a f****** bugle going off every time you shift LOL some good laughs for her early in the morning!

The only time I have a stalling issue is when I bring the rpms up quick like parking on a hill or just revving it up, when the rpm's come down it chokes and dies.
