This is sorta interesting and fun .... I got a friend who was recently at a junkyard and found an 85 Technica.  He pulled the center console and downloaded some wiring diagrams from here.  He's building, just for fun, a box to mount it in and running power to it and basically creating an interface that will allow it to light up, talk, show, gauges, etc.  He knows I restored one of these things, so he's been picking my brain a bit.  That's the back story ... what we want to know is what all does a Technica "say".  So far he got to say something about engaging the parking brake and then a little jingle.  Is there more?

There's gotta be a few of you with Technica's out there that have the "conversation" memorized.  TIA.

I know it says to fasten the seatbelt. Other than that I dont know. I had a short under the dash and have not had time to work on it. Have a new job at work and it takes up way more time than Im used to

I pulled the box out of a technica I parted out.  I dont know if I can hook it up in my SHP but if I can I would try and get the sounds recorded for you. Or bench test it if anyone knows how.

It would play the voice from the drivers side dash speaker, if that helps

I'm actually the one who is working on this project, my account finally got activated. Yay!

Anyways, I've been able to make it say
"Please put shift lever in part"
"Please remove ignition key"
"Please fasten your seatbelt"
and then the little jingle.

According to the service manual, it seems that there is an alarm if you leave your lights on, if your parking brake is on and if your door is open. Still need to figure those 3 out and ill report back when I can.

Also once I get everything working, I'm going to make a digital recording of all the audio so if anyone wants that file once its made, let me know.

UPDATE:
Got it to say
"Please turn off your headlights"
"Please Close Door"
and "Please release parking brake"

I believe that is all the phrases according to the manual. So thanks to everyone who helped. So if anyone needs the list. There you go!

You can get a talk unit from a 300ZX Z31 style and wire it in.
