thats an easy fix if you want to fix the nipple and save the cruise control.

the vacuum pump creates vacuum when under boost and keeps the cruise control
functioning along with the foot face actuators in the proper setting when boosting.
if you eliminate the pump your foot face might fall to a default position until you
stop boosting.

get one of these from a RC car shop.
it is a pressure nipple from the RC car nitro muffler to supply pressure to the nitro tank.
just drill out the broke off nipple a little smaller then the threads of the nipple and screw this in.

Very nice. Do you think it could be used on the thermovalve on the TB also (has to do with A/C)?

Depends on how much material you have to work with.
Worth a try. Can't do any worse.
