The car started fine no problems, drove fine with no problems. I shut it off at work and the seatblet didn't retract. I then noticed literally nothing in the car works electrically. No ignition, no lights, windows, door locks, etc. What could have possibly happened?

I got the car to start then I shut it off again and wouldn't start again. Could it be a bad/dirty ground issue?

Check connections on your battery/and wire connections to it and all around it.Something is not tight in that area

If you still have the fusable links in the car, check the brown one. I once had an issue with what your describing. Car died after driving it. Finally starting jiggling things under the hood, and suddenly boom car would crank and run. Got two blocks and again car is dead. Jiggle again and boom back for 2 blocks... Ended up replacing it and it was fixed.

You called it speedyquest. I wiggled the brown fuse link and walla car has power again. The only thing I can think of is when I power washed my car yesterday some water got under neath the hood and into those fuse links, even with the cover on them. I'm going to do a once over on all those connections and clean and die electric grease all of them. Thanks guys for the help. :)

I'd highly recommend taking that power "block" and cleaning it along with replacing the fusable link. Chances are internally it's damaged and at least contributing to the failure.

I had the same problem the other day..... driving around at night shut the car off.... car had power but no power to the light switch nothing at all no parking lights no dash lights nothing so I pulled on the wires at that fusible link and sure enough lights started to work so the next day cleaned all the connections and lubed them with die electric grease and so far so good
