I lifted the car up and removed the splash shield cover, loosened the filler neck at the body and basically cut the old rotted one out. I used a lot of lubricant to get the new one on.

Zoom clutch, Fidanza flywheel, Stedebani shifter, KSport coilovers, ST swaybars, abs delete, a/c delete, cruise delete, JVE, BSEK, TEP steel brake lines, LSP braided cooler lines, CX Racing radiator,  MK1 silicone hoses, MK1 pullies, *DM hard pipes & intercooler,14G turbo, ported exh. manifold, MAF Translator, 3.5" GM maf, Turbo XS RFL bov, *DM 3" exhaust, Cusco front strut bar, TEP rear strut bar, Enkei 92's, HKS turbo timer, AEM wideband, AEM boost gauge, AEM oil pressure gauge, Hallman boost controller

What Texas Quest said^^^. Replace the 2 clamps down there while you're at it, which you probably would anyway, and face the screws on them somewhere where you can get to them in the future if need be.

I couldn't find new hose from MItsubishi, they said unavailable.  I ended up using one from a Ford truck

I forget the dia. Off the top of my head, but you can get them just about anywhere, it doesn't have to be a Mitsu one. Just make sure the hose material is rated for fuel.

Napa had filler neck hose cant remember what size but had them cut off one foot was a perfect fit and fuel rated to.

2" ID x 4" long   NAPA sells it but it comes in a 30" long section!

The stuff Napa sells also works well as intercooler couplers. It has a woven outer section and won't swell under boost. I used it for my OVCP pipe

That's a great freaking idea man! I like it probably much better than silicone couplers because they're so soft
