Some black mesh in the center, maybe some matching fake exhaust tips for the other side, or route a pipe over there so it makes it "real." It might actually look ok when done. Good luck. Yeps just like i wrote....duplex exhaust....(one in both sides) and yes the black mesh in all 3 holes.. I'll keep you updated.
