DESCRIPTION: Up for sale is my 1987 Mitsubishi Starion Tsi. I purchased the vehicle as a back-burner project with intentions of building a 4G64/4G63 for it. I don't know when I'll actually get around to working on this project, so it would just sit here and rot waiting for me to make it a priority. I might as well get rid of it while it's still useable to someone with the time and money to dedicate to it. I will most likely end up regretting this, but for the short term, it's better this way.

The previous owner removed the original G54B and disassembled it. Everything sat for years. I inherited the engine when I bought this car, and I still have most of the parts for the engine. However, the block and head have been sitting out in my scrap pile for the last few years. It's probably salvageable if you really wanted to go that route. If you want any of those parts, you're welcome to them.*

If you're interested, I will sell the wideblock 4G64 that I bought for the Starion. It is a 2.4L from a Mitsubishi Mighty Max and it still has its original rotating assembly in tact. This version of this engine will bolt up to the Starion's transmission and into the engine bay using the Mighty Max motor mounts (also included). I have a bucket of accessory parts that I took off of it when I brought it home that I will include. Add a set of custom pistons and some machine work, and you can finish this off with a 4G63 DOHC cylinder head to create the engine that this car should have came with from Japan. $250 and it goes with you and your new Starion.

This Starion is equipped with a 5-speed transmission and has 134,143 miles on the odometer. It has power windows and locks, limited slip differential, A/C, and cruise control. The interior is rough but all the pieces are there. The front air dam is wrecked, and is a common problem - not difficult to find, just a bit pricey. There is one rust hole in the front right fender and a dent in the left rocker. Other than those issues, the car is in great shape for its age and considering how long it has been sitting. When the tires are aired up, it still rolls around with minimal effort.

Asking $750 for the shell and $250 for the wideblock. I

want it all gone.

I am NOT interested in any trades and I will NOT facilitate the shipment of this vehicle. You will need a dolly or a trailer.

Just copied the layout from the sticky and filled it in.

I will sell the 4G64 seperate. Shipping alone will be close to $200 though. I shipped a KA24DE block last fall and it was about $150 through UPS. A loaded block might require freight...
