  1. Don't throw parts away because you can't get asking price. Just lower the price until it sells. If it doesn't give them to a local member or something. Have you tried selling them up here?
  2. The ad is gone. I've been trying to reach him to have mine resprayed, that guy does amazing work.
  3. Use an early motor (pre-95'), they have a more stout bottom end. The LS400 1UZFE' are front sump and that's what you'll need to fit in these cars. Also, the 1UZFE can handle from 5 to 9psi on a stock ecu. There's no off the shelf standalone or turbo kits for these engines. There's really not much aftermarket parts for these motors too. Kelford makes cams for like $1400 though. This forum has a lot of 1UZFE engine http://www.lextreme.com/forums/
  4. http://collinsadapters.com/index.php/adapter-plates/toyota.html Has a few options for using the 1UZFE with a manual trans. The 240sx KA/SR 5sp trans fits perfectly in the StarQuest with the 1UZFE. You can use the transdapt LS universal engine mounts from Summit Racing just have to drill a few holes in it (I have an extra set), look at Pancakes swap thread. You'll make a custom trans mount an driveshaft. Wiring the 1UZFE is easy. Doing a single turbo shouldn't be too hard if you can weld.
  5. Nice work. I'll be restoring a black 87 soon. If you're not going to use that AC stuff, I wouldn't mind buying it from you.
  6. I'd be interested in the following items if the sell falls through: Rear Mookeeh MK1 struts (less than 5k miles) - $100 shipped Front KYB struts (less than 5k miles) - $70 shipped Complete short block (cam cover to oil pan, ARP head studs, has 20k on rebuild) -$200 +shipping PM me if they're available.
  7. Which? There's the w58, r154, and v160. I know the r154 and v160 wont fit without working the tunnel and the w58 will not take that power.
  8. Maybe the 420G 6spd from the e39 m5, e46 m3, etc. Very strong transmission. I don't know how big it is though. They can usually be had for $700 to $1000.
  9. But, that'd only work if the seller has the title in hand. If he doesn't then you'd be s*** out of luck. I've bought 3 cars while here in California and have registered them all out of state.
  10. Still trying to sell that red flatty huh? I should start saving these and registering them out of state.
  11. 996 Porsche C2 is next for us as well. 6spd in anything but silver. Then after that it'll be a 2009+ Cayman S in Speedyellow.
  12. In my travels all Astros the world. The people in our country are behind in language. Leave the United States and you'll see that most people of this world speak two or three languages. Including English. Yet we have people here who get mad when they see a sign in Spanish. Lmao, how stupid.
