JohnnyWadd
http://i1187.photobucket.com/albums/z388/starionkiller/starion%20clear%20corners/th_C360_2013-02-10-20-48-21.jpg I tried some goof off adhesive remover poured into the housing and let the housing sit a few minutes propped up. It attacks the glue that holds the lense in and the plastic and factory white reflective too. See the front part of the light? That where all the fluid was. It popped right apart there using an exacto knife. Unfortunalty i got over zealous and kept prying with out treating the other side so i broke this one. Next time i will be more paitent. Work better than heat (actually heat doesnt work) Becuaes heating it just melt the heat sensetive housing and warps it. The lense is tougher than the housing but more brittle. Also the goof off stuff attacks the black plastic so be careful.

natallica
How about a NON-solvent based adhesive remover such as Goo Gone (available at WalMart) or a graphics shop will probably have a product called Rapid Remover (Both smell like oranges). It's almost the same just a little more aggressive but they don't harm plastics. Just in case you were gonna try it again. -N8
