Both places are about 20 minutes from each other - you're right about that. My wife and I actually got married in Bath.
Wheels do look good. I never got a quote from them b/c The Hubcap Store was a bit closer for me. Both places seem legit.

The Hub Cap Store in Allentown, PA is nervous with taking on the work because the front two wheels were polished at some point in time.
Wheel Collision provided a quote of $215/each to refinish the wheels with machining/polishing/painting/clear. But additional cost would be accrued based on any required straightening or welding. Of which, they could not quote without seeing the wheels in person. They did confirm that they would add material (via welding) to correct any major curb rash or issues.
More to come but it looks like I'm going to Wheel Collision unless I find someplace closer to me.
