  1. I'm looking to give life to a starion. ONLY requirements is that it's a 5 spd and the body is clean/semi and complete. It does not have to run nor do I require a motor since I have one ready to go. I'm in california, but willing to pickup in nearby states. Thanks
  2. Any idea on shipping costs to los angeles and has it been registered or are there fees at the dmv due?
  3. I finally finished my 10 year long starion project and someone in a parking lot destroyed my front end. I'm looking for something with a nice looking widebody and I'm not too concerned on the condition of the interior seats since mine are decent. If someone has one near me, Los Angeles, just sitting in your yard with a blown engine, I'd love to bring it back to life. I'm not looking to spend much since I'm jobless, so if anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
  4. Silver works if its available. If not, I'll just match it up with a rattle can job.
  5. Im looking for a front header panel and grill. Some douche backed into me in a hit a hit and run while parked in a lot. I had all the necessary parts, but somehow they went missing from where I had them stored... If you're in LA, I can pick up the parts. If you are not in LA and can ship them ASAP let me know. Thanks in Advance
  6. I have a used *DM 2.5" exhaust down pipe. I didn't really use it for too long as I soon upgraded to a 3" mandrel bent system. PM if interested
  7. Somehow the bolt that goes on the front lower left sprocket that goes to the balance shaft chain backed out on me and busted a hole through the timing cover. I've had the cover welded back together, but I'm having trouble figuring out the bolt thread pitch. The parts locator seems to ID it as a 10 x 15mm, which is the length, but I can't seem to find the actual pitch, any one have any idea? Thanks
  8. looking to buy a new airdam. Anyone have one available or know where I can get one? I saw the one's on ebay, but I'm not sure how they hold up being fiberglass n all. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
  9. I need a radiator asap for an 88. Some jerk hit and run my only car and ruined my griffin 4 row alum. I'm in santa barbara california, but I can travel anywhere from thr central to southern coast if need it be. Please help. Ty!
  10. My ungrateful car has been making turkey noises under the hood just 3 weeks after a complete rebuild. I thought it was the waterpump bearing, but turns out that the Center groove of the crank pulley has come loose. I can see it moving back and forth and the crank bolt is fully tightened. AC is eliminated, but how do I resolve this issue? Can I spot weld the pulley or should I just try to find another? Thanks
  11. Thanks for the reply. Any idea if the Rods are out of round? Has the crank been turned before? I have the pistons already but I know that it would be a pain to remove the pistons. How much you lookin to get for it all? Thanks again. - Rene
  12. Need a stock crank with connecting rods. Mine are out of round and Im just about broke cuz this ungrateful car took all my money with a new fuel pressure reg, clutch, flywheel, and many other things... I just need to get it back on the road cuz its my only means of transportation. I anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it greatly, Im in 93117 California. Thanks
  13. What ever happened to the parts look up database that interchanged/cross referenced all the parts numbers from local part stores? I miss that feature on here, anyone know if its still up? :character0269:
  14. I had the same problem, and it turned out to be that my clutch was done for. I noticed it more when driving on the hwy and downshifting and gunning it. The clutch would slip and therefore I would go no where.
