  1. He wants way too much for that car 1800 no way.
  2. Thats fine. If you come across any other Craigslist finds like this one let me know
  3. Interesting http://www.bawcforums.org/vbb/images/smilies/scratchchin.gif
  4. Oh trust me I knew what i was doing when i posted a thread here I am well versed with the Starquest 10 years ago my family had 3. Two of them ran and one was a parts car. I had to replace the engine on mine twice. So tell me what is available suspension wise now? Is anyone still making bolt on turbo back exhausts and intake piping like *DM way back when? I can say I might be floating around a bit more searching the classifieds for a decent car on the west coast. 88-89 SHP preferred
  5. I highly doubt anyone here remembers me but I sold my Starion back in the summer of 2003 when I bought my 3000GT VR-4. I've been tossing around the idea of getting a car to tinker with and thought I'd look at coming back to my roots withe a starquest. So tell me what is life like owning a starquest now.
  6. Yeah GT-Pro is a little full of themselves. They haven't remotely come close to setting any 1/4mi records yet they act as if they are the only ones that know anything about performance for 3000GT/Stealths
  7. Yup :scared0016: meh they arent that hard to work on
  8. they get you on labor, the going rate on labor at most dealerships is 90-120 an hour. So ask your self how much is your time is worth.
  9. I dunno in many ways i liked my Starion more. Especially in the all important fun to drive dept....Course theres nothing like when the VR-4 rockets out of the hole at 14.5psi
  10. We used to have a decent amount of StarQuesters up here, but i've been out of the scene for awhile but im back in Sacramento now. (course i doubt anyone here remembers me owning a Starion)
  11. Im about 2 hours from there and could possibly pick it up i know its a little late on your deadline but let me know. Shoot me an email at christobal65@sbcglobal.net
  12. No but last i heard Chad, username here on the boards, was trying to sell one compleat for something like $8000
  13. HKS produced 16 or so fully built race motors with prototype DOHC 16-valve heads on them they porduced over 250hp with out a turbo. But as soon as mitsu droped the starion race program, mainly the rally portion, HKS stopped all major R&D on bigtime parts for the starion.
