I have not been here for a while.  What did I miss?

I'm technically still a StarQuesr owner, but its just lawn furniture at this point. I have not had the time or motivation to revive it.

I'm hoping this will be the year.  Am gonna need some parts soon, so I'll pop up in here to see what I can dig up.

I have yet to come across the facebook thing.   There is more than one FB page right? I came across Legion Elite Motorsports. Seems like he making stuff for these relics.

I picked up another hobby, in the last 3 years I got into fitness lifestyle.  I was very overweight and having health problems.  I've since lost a crap ton of weight and feel much better.

But now I am bored, car wise that is. Sick of looking at my 87 Shetland. Its in rough shape, needs paint job, interior is all sun damaged and I have to finish connecting the wiring harrness to the donor engine I dropped in it.

I definately need a bunch of stuff. I'll know it once I jump on it.

Well, mainly learned how to eat right. I took baby steps at first, cut out sodas and packaged junk food. That by itsel resulted in some weight loss.
Then started getting active, exercising. I began to really enjoy it, specially after seeing results.
It was then I really paid attention to what I ate and how much I ate.

Basically, I began to eat whole foods, chicken, fish, red meats, rice and potatos, veggies etc. No trash food.  Thats when the real change happened.
Diet is a dirty word, I just watch my nutrition. I track my macros, protein. carbs and fat intake.
And I put in 2 hours of physical activity a day, weight training and combined with Da Rulks Raw Functional Training.

I feel great now! I can run up stair cases! I regained a great deal of lost mobility.
