  1. Just want to say a massive thank you to Nic, the D2's have transformed my car and the effort he made to get them to Florida in time to be crated to the UK was outstanding.
  2. Mine arrived in florida, looking forward to getting them back here to the UK ! Massive thank you to Nick for a very professional and speedy service. Exceeded all expectations.
  3. Hard enough finding anyone that does their job description to the fullest these days. Every c u next tuesday just does bare minimum to fill the hours between 9-5. Boils my piss as I'm eternally skint because I do extra of my customers but take longer. I'm in the motor trade, got my own shop and tbh I won't send cars anywhere for welding anymore. Been stung so many times and vowed to do it myself so it's done right. Paint is another matter but I only use shops that are familiar with prep and paint on classic vehicles. Most bodyshops now make so much ripping off the insurance companies they can't be arsed to do real work.
  4. The car that started it all for me, great film and even better book. My Starion is called Akai (Japanese for "Red")
  5. Be great to get a picture of that business card, do hope you observed proper custom and gave him yours

  7. Great to see so much enthusiasm in a build
  8. We've had allsorts over here, Animal Edition, Raging Bull (redbull rip off) and Warrior wirh wheels 3x heavier than the factory rims. Over here Triton is usually designated to the V6 models of Shogun Sport aka Challenger and the V6 l200 but they always come in sludgepump auto wasting all that torque
  9. You won't want to get out of her, except maybe to crack a cold one and admire her curves
  10. I ran her for the first 1000 with regular changes on Millers running in oil and only changed to the CFS 10w50 at 1200. Been wondering if alot has been getting sucked through the breather system I'll get a look at her tuesday as she's on show in my local Mitsu dealer all weekend
  11. That would be cool man, yeah parts and cars and rare here. Rust from road salt being the biggest contributor
