  1. My problem turned out to be a smashed inner CV joint. A much easier fix
  2. Did you get the stronger TT made up? I've just blown mine. I had it out the week before and it looked mint, so I greased it up with some very good grease and took it to the drags I didn't even get one good pass before it let go . Ive got a good spare but only one. And Im sure that wont last long.
  3. Yes I know Zac! Small world. How much do you want for it?
  4. Hey guys. I hoping someone on here can help. My car has a faulty and not fixable primary fuel injector. Has anyone got one they could sell and ship to me? The car is a JDM 1990 Starion but hey use the same injectors as the 88-89 starions in the US. I cant even find a new one where I am
  5. I need a pair of front struts from a widebody. I only need the bottom parts, the stub axles. Im happy to pay for the complete struts but Id just want the bottom sections. I’m fitting D2 coil over’s and I don’t want to cut up my factory struts. Id want them cut about 2 inches above the cast part. And Id need them send to New Zealand. If anyone can help Id owe them big time. I’ve got PayPal for payment. Or if someone wanted some narrow body parts I could do a parts trade. Oh and the calliper carriers from the front too would be great
  6. Id like the front struts. I only need the bottom parts, the stub axles. Im happy to pay you for the compelete struts but Id just want the bottom sections. Im fitting D2 coil overs and I dont want to cut up my factory struts. And Id need them send to New Zealand. Let me know if you can. Many thanks
  7. Hi 101 just a question regarding the nut that goes on top of the shock shaft. Ive got some of your adjustable front camber plates and am using them with the KYB AGX shocks and the adjustable height springs. Didn't get the nuts with them but found some nuts here in New Zealand but the shock shaft doesn't come up through the middle of the nut enough for the little adjuster to go on. Plus the springs are loose when I jack the front up. From what I can see the shock shaft needs to come up through the nut a good 30mm or so to keep the spring tight (Ive got the keeper springs installed as well) which I need to do to keep the car legal for road use in New Zealand. A friend of mine said you had some special nuts made that would suit the KYB shock. Just wondering if you do have them and if they will fix my problem. Hope that makes sense. Jason
  8. Thanks a lot!!!!!! That will keep me busy this weekend
  9. Ive got a JDM 1990 starion (build date 12/89, second run) and the thing just does not run smooth. Its "hunts" when cruising and losses power above 4000rpm, but pulls hard up until then. Just want to know how to get the fault codes and where to go to find out what means what. And yes I have tried searching the forums. Any help would be great
  10. Wanted in good condition one front 7x16 rim and onerear 8x16 rim. But..... Im in New Zealand, so seller must be willing to send to me. At my expence of course. I have the info on how to send and what paper work you will need for customs etc. Best to get me on jp_prescott@hotmail.com. I also want a pair of front fenders, side skirts and rear quarters to suit a widebody. I can arrange my own shipping but seller should be in or can get them to California which is where my shipping contact is. Thanks, Jason
  11. Thanks for your kind words. The V belts are off the starion block as is the water pump. I also moved the P/S pump to where the alternator used to be and the alternater to where the A/C pump was. I no longer have A/C. Not sure weather you noticed or not but being a New Zealand car its right hand drive. Thats why Ive keeped the P/S pump on the right side of the motor. And thats also why Ive got the turbo on a top mount manifold, as if its mounted low its hits the steering box. And did you know that if you get a EVO4-8 inlet manifold it will bolt on (with a small mod) and the throttle body will be facing the right way. The only major difference is the inlet runners are smaller in diameter. Saves welding the factory manifold. Jason

  13. Ive moved my motor forward about 1/2 an inch. And the CAS clears the stock fire wall by 3mm or so, Ive also made an adaptor for the back of the head so I can mount the thermostat next to the throttle body. I made the adptor out of 35mm pipe. Cost me $5 for the pipe and I made a flange plate out of some stuff I had laying around. The thermostat now sits between the throttlebody and the head. I can even use the standard radator hose. If you want some pics I could email them to you as I dont know how to upload them. Jason
  14. The JDM RVR's that are turboed had a CAS on the front of the inlet cam gear. Thats the 4WD one's. They use a detuned EVO 3 motor and running gear. Hope that helps
