  1. Ok after a very long time im back. All thats left is the radiator hose.drive shaft pump all that is in. Starter works like a dream how ever. I foolishly took off the e10 plug and lost the paper with the hook ups. Im in need of the wireing hook ups now.
  2. So still waiting for a decent r 154 so i turn my thoughts to my shoes. my original plan was to take the stock rims to a company called koh they sell them new for about 150 each. then I thought about my old technica/fat boy. it had bbs caps on enkei rims super rs style.. I looked it up and enkei dosent have them in 16's or 17. anybody out there rocking super rs
  3. no it stated you have an r154 drive shaft for sale used with an eclipse engine no mention of the transmission but i get it
  4. good work im still going turtle speed
  5. sounds nice cept the u joint part what tranny did you use?
  6. importwarrior that is excelllent!! you give me new hope for this six according to the pics its 3 feet long. the belly looks really fat and still have to deal with the internal thing but those trannies are going for almost half of what the r154 are. thanks for the link im looking itno it again.
  7. ooooooooooooookkk well. project is going super slow (divorce nursing school and life in general is kickin my tail) but got the mounts (thanks they are angled perfect just had to oval the k frame holes) engine is in i have to get 4 silicone bends for the IC piping. nose and rads and condensor are loosely fitted. i think all thats left from the engine bay is the 2 or three inch exention for the sway bar, replacing a silicone oil drain tube that was bruised. the two heater hoses and rigging up a banjo to hose clamp loop for the hydro fan water pump. yes serpent i should be fired up and on the go in about a couple of weeks.... got to have Betty mobile incase the judge says i got to get out of dodge.
  8. great info, but back to the length issue again lol. the only guy i saw making an adapter was from an 09 post that is no longer active. I guess if this is too much of a bother I will stick with the r154 or by some insanity get the v60
  9. oh oh what does that mean Texas pardon my ignorance. my thing is i dont want to get the set up and then have to shift from the back seat. Gina i was aiming for the 07s.
  10. i figured the length would be an issue. on one forum a guy makes a 1j adapter plate for 390 he said hes working on a clutch kit.
  11. Sup everybody Ive been doing this 2jz swap for like forever and the sticking point now is gettin an afordable r154. then it it me, how bout a 350z tranny. they are a little cheaper and come in 6spd. my question is I believe the spline count is 24 and the 2j is 21. could input shafts be swapped? also anyone knows if the 6sp can handel as much as the 5spd r154? thanks.
  12. did the r154 go?. and what year was it ? thanks
  13. thanks New, its slooooooooooo going but i am happy with what i got so far. a lot of restarts and half boxes thrown out. its getting there. i find as i get older the 5 monitors and game system is not needed. the boom bass isnt either (instead of 4 subs i now have 2 subs and two mid bass). still ironing out the kinks before get the rest of the ostritch vynil and matting.
  14. thanks Boho, the reason i asked was the o2 wires from the sensor were cut and i cant find where around the engine they came from. I know im anoying the hell out of you guys but im at a loss where would the o2 wire plug into (not that i have the plug end) would they go into the supra harness or could i run them to the o2 ports of the supra ecu? thanks
