  1. I am running a pro-1. If you look on the “enrichments page†of your tuning software you will se a option to set it to wideband, I would think you would set it to wideband, set your trip voltage to the mixture you want and all would be good. If you leave it on narrowband I don’t think it would work correctly because the voltage goes higher with a narrowband and lower with a wideband for a richer mixture (vice-versa for a leaner mixture). Later Tom Cat 8) BTW you use the same input wire on the FIP ECU, on mine it is blue.
  2. I am running a FuelinjectionPro (uses the same software) with the stock injectors. What year is your car? If you have one small and one large injector you way want to run 4 squirts per cycle to compensate for the deferent injector sizes. The best thing to do would be to use to large injectors (green), this would give you over 2,000 CC a minuet. Here is the constants and enrichments page on my setup. Required fuel: 6.2 Inj opening time: 1.3ms Bat voltage correct: .2ms PWm current limit: 100 PWM time threshold: 25.5ms Speed density 4 injections per cycle Alternating Four stroke 4 Throttle body Injectors: 2 250KPA Even fire I remind you this is set for 4 injections per cycle, at two injections per cycle the “required fuel†would be 12.8ms If you pm me your email addy I will send you two files. My latest, supper smooth idle, good low end toque and fuel mileage. Two, a two injection per cycle that has good top end. Tom Cat 8)
  3. Some things I can think of. What is your “EGO step†set at? Anything over 2% may cause it to over shoot its trip voltage by a very large margin. What is your “EGO count†set at? Every 22 ignition events works best in my car. Try 4 injections per cycle, this will help with the idle and you may need to readjust the “Required fuelâ€. Remember a cycle is two turns of the crank (or four ignition events) not one, so you would have one injection per ignition event. Set the EGO trip voltage to .4V (2.5v for wideband), I run mine at .2V with no problems. If you are using the Wideband for the EGO make shire it is set to Wide Band on the “enrichments page†in your tuning software. If I rev 3K in neutral and the EGO kicks in my RPMs go up and down by about 300, on the road I can’t tell when the O2 is online. Hope this is of some help. Tom Cat 8) PS. Can you get a data log? With the log you could see exactly what is going on when the car acts up.
