Igniter is bad so I installed the 4 pin HEI and it ran great! Actually drove it for a while.  But now it starts and stalls.  The fuel gauge stays solid at 42psi but the A/F gauge goes totally lean and it dies.  I'm hearing all kinds of buzzing I'd never heard before.  Giving it throttle makes no difference.  Will probably start with the Idle reset procedure....

New Injector clips
New GM low impedance injectors
Manual FPR
Generic 4 PIN ignition module - feels kind of warm
Miata TPS properly adjusted to .5 V
Vacuum lines replaced

How long does it run for? Also does it start up every time you start it but then die shortly after?

My experience with the 4 pin GM HEI module is it needs a good heat sink. I had one fail after only a couple weeks just being mounted to a bracket in the engine bay (not 100% contact to the metal backing). I wound up adding a heatsink to it for added cooling and that one was in the car until it got scrapped. It also requires a good ground on the bolt hole.
Hook up a timing light to the coil wire and watch it for when it stalls.

I will have to replace it and make sure it's mounted properly.

It runs for about 10 seconds and then just dies.  I think it's the ignition module killing the injectors.

Replaced the ignition module and same thing. Put a timing light on it and it gets spark, took the OVCP off and looked into the throttle body.  Starts fine, plenty of fuel, then it peters off into a couple droplets and stalls.  Switched the connectors to eliminate the injector and behaved the same.  Fuel gauge stays at 42psi.  Removed the injectors and made sure they weren't plugged.  If after it starts you stand on the throttle it will stay running but horribly, get off the gas and it dies.
