Yeah, it does. I know it needs to go between the OVCP and the WG. The thing I'm digging through old posts about is the extra ports on the WG since I'll still be using the 3 port WG. All the other MBC I've hooked in my life have just been to a single port wg.

Far right port goes the boost controller then to OVCP nipple.
The middle port just the the right of red nipple stays open like in pic.
