Put some telescopic (high/low) HID's in as well as H4 conversion housings... the good kind. 12ft away from wall.

This is as good a cut off as you're gonna get before going to brojectors. There is little glare, it's pretty awesome. The ground is wet and very reflective in the pic, as well as the wall, you can see the reflection of the actual headlights (the two spots above the cut off). The two diagonal "flares" are E-Code spec for LHD, for lighting up street signs.

I chose 5k color temp, because I didn't want to attract even more attention in my Starion. I already have another car with 6k(slightly blue) in crap housings glaring all over the place... LOL. Even though the pic is on my phone, it's damn near the actual color. I'll get more pics later with a real camera, I tried with my phone but it's useless.

Another advantage, the kit is relayed directly off the battery, less strain on the stock wiring.

Yeah I wanna see the housing and kit you have!

I have ebay H4 housings and DDM tuning 5k 55w hi/low for my headlights and 3k 35w for my fogs. Have yet to really sit down and figure out what the hell is going on with the fuse relays they came with so I can install them LOL

do that rolling shot through the desert at dusk/dawn again, but this time the headlights won't look like candles :D

quality ish as always man, nice job.

Oh wait, this is my thread not Patra's.

The housings are "e-code" Autopal, I got my set from a guy on ebay who gets them from the manufacturer in India. They are knock off Hella housings, supposed made in the same factory in India. I haven't researched that part, but all I know is they are the bomb-b, glass lens with metal reflector FTW, and proper cutoff.

The HID kit is a telescopic H4, for low beam and high beam, from a well liked company, VVME. They ship from China, of course, but they've not let me down.

They are pretty amazing, especially in the pitch black wet weather we've been having. They light up the road well without blinding other drivers... which I find really annoying.

I'm too tired for pics right now... maybe later tonight... or later this week LOL...

My car that i bought has those Euro Diamond crystal lights

with that little blue light in the bottom. I guess u call it the city

light from what read here. I hope it's the same housing will check later.

never really paid any mind to them. Until i went to turn them on and they

didn't come on. I posted in the help section and got help.

Thanks again fellas for the help given.

^ ^ ^ DON'T DO IT ! they project a HUGE X beam of light that blinds oncoming drivers. see pic in my post above ;)

Those are different than the ones you have. They are a E-code as well, unlike all the other ones that are "diamond". They use a MSR (Multi-surface-reflector) instead of a fluted lens like the ones I got. E-code means it will have the cutoff and dipped sides for oncoming drivers, with the diagonal flare to light up the street signs.

F it, Robert I'll spend the dough for those clear lensed E code's when I get my next paycheck. No word when I'll actually get my HIDs installed though lol.

we can compare between the fluted and the clear.

There are many kits on ebay. Mine was from VVME, with "Hella Technology"(LOL, it really says that on it). Most of the hid kits will include a relay of some sort. The reason I bought from VVME was because they've had good reviews, and my other car's VVME kit has been holding strong for a very long time, especially with 14 hour run times on road trips.

Your lights look pink Anthony!! Got any better pics??
