i have a 87 conquest tsi i am having the blocked board 20 over do i need to flash or reprogram the ecu for this?

No you donít.  Mine is 20 over and runs fine.

And the factory ECU canít be flashed or reprogrammed.

ok thanks for the help and i am replacing the oil cooler as the prior owner tap the valves on number 3 and the piesce went throughout the engine but thankfully the block was not damaged oneither was the crank
