Hey guys,

I just reinstalled my throttle body. Trying to make sure I have everything in place.

There is this electric connector I can't find where it goes. It has a yellow with green stripe, and a yellow with blue stripe wires.

This is for a 1987 conquest.

It goes to the intake manifold cts that’s horizontal under the thermovalve which is under the tstat housing. It’s for the coolant temp gauge.

Very important that it goes on the correct temp sensor!  This tells ecu temperature to calculate fueling

Make sure to perform IAC TPS reset  after car is running for best results w idle and all because you had it all apart!

pcristquester is right ... however, if you replaced that sensor with a new one you might have received one with only 1 tab on it.  If so, it's OK, just plug it onto the one tab and it will still work.  There's a two tab and a single tab version of the gauge sensor out there.

If I'm looking at the right place, it looks like there is already a connection there. It's a single yellow and green wire.

Could this just be an extra connector?

That connector is either the CTS harness or gauge cluster temp sensor harness.
