No it's not seized and all the seals look surprisingly well intact but haven't really picked at them to see if they are still soft.

That is foil tape on the water pump outlet and just a random hose stuck on the pcv.

No I got it with a conquest and the guy before me got it from a someone else.

No brand new like ordered from Mitsubishi 20 years ago and been sitting in a shed ever since.. haha

I have a brand new engine from a non intercooled starion or conquest and I have no idea how to value it but don't really need it. Any advise on where to begin in placing a value on it? It is complete brand new turbo and all accessories.
