  1. Thanks for the help. I just didn't want to have to take it back off. I've already about took a sledgehammer to it a few times. Ha.
  2. I had to pull the steering box out and i'm about to reinstall it. It's been a pain, and I don't want to have to take it back out. Anyway, when I put it back in, is there a certain way to put the upper shaft back in the steering coupler. Does it just go in there any way, or should I have marked it when I took it out? I dont want my steering wheel to be off when i put it back together. I hope I made sense. Im pretty frustrated, but I'm trying to learn. Any help would be appreciated.
  3. Just changed the Seal on my Steering box, and I'm trying to put it back in. I have everything good, except the Screw that goes into the Clip that is at the base of the Steering Column. Is there a trick to it? I know that there is a slot where the screw supposed to go, I just cant seem to get it started. Very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
  4. Thanks for the advice, guys. I went with the heat and hammer method. Took about 30 seconds. Now to get the thing back in.
  5. Thanks Guys. I'll try again tonight. It's been a real pain in the arse.
  6. Had to pull my Steering Box, and I'm trying to get the Pitman Arm off to change the Oil Seal. I've tried a Pitman Arm Puller with no luck. Any other way to get it off??? Any help would be appreciated.
  7. Where is the best Place to buy an AC Compressor? Reman, New or Used? What will be a good Price? I've found a new one, but it is $400. Thanks.
  8. It did. A learning experience to say the least.
  9. Bought an 89 a few months back, and the more I get into it the more rust I find. I don't think it's worth the time. The motor is strong, so I'm looking for a roller that is in good shape that I can just drop my motor and transmission in. Interior doesn't have to be in good shape. I can swap mine. I'm in South Carolina and willing to travel 300-400 miles, if its the right fit. Any help would be appreciated.
  10. D-VO, I will takes some picks and post this weekend. I'm going to put the original seats back in it, as soon as they are back from the shop. I will be selling these. They sit a little high for my taste. Nice seats though.
