I bought the 89 conquest on EBay a couple months ago with the 'shiny go fast' parts on it. Once acquired, Since the car was pretty original and low mileage I have been acquiring the parts to go back to OEM. I have purchased several OEM pieces for forum members, and now that I have a running car again I am ready to sell the shiny stuff. Along with improving performance it just looks really good (if you like chrome).
Seems like this package goes together quite well so I'm selling it all together. Guessing it works on 88 and 89 model years.
From what I was told, the mods were done over 10 years ago. But they only have 1000 or so miles on them.
I tried to label some of the pieces as they came off, and took pictures since I have no instructions on the installation. It looked like there was some slight modifications to the radiator support to make the holes a little bigger for the hard pipes, the factory air box/cleaner was completely removed as was the vacuum canister that butts up against it. The theft horn was removed. Beyond the pictures, if someone buys this package, they will have to rely on the expertise in these forums to do the installation (unless someone kept the instructions from way back then for these items). I was able to remove everything and install OEM without removing front grill and fascia. But in retrospect given how easily those come off I would recommend pulling those off to make installation easier.
The K&N filter is attached to a lid that fits a 1G MAS. If you don't already have a 1G MAS, then you may need to find a different lid. 'Most' of the holes seem to line up with OEM MAS. But the connector on the OEM MAS is smaller than the 1G MAS.
2.5 inch chrome *DM intercooler hardpipes
*DM intercooler (I assume it's *DM). Mounts in stock location.

There is some discoloration on some of the chrome pipes where they went through the radiator support. Please examine pics closely. Hopefully you can zoom in enough to see the condition.
