Exhaust Manifold

My 89 quest needed a new head gasket and while the head was off i am looking to getting the intake and exhaust manifolds powder coated. while i was cleaning the exhaust manifold i noticed two small stress cracks on the underside of the manifold. So, i'm looking for an un-cracked exhaust manifold. i have checked with DAD and all the recent post of quest part outs. no luck..

 

 

Please help.. If you got one that you can let go of i would appreciate it..

uncracked ones are hard to find.

I can weld cracked manifolds if your interested. People think you can't weld cast iron but you can, just have to use the right process and materials. I heat the manifold in an oven and back purge the manifold with shielding gas, tig weld with proper high nickel rod specifically for cast iron. I've fixed manifolds years ago that are still on the road and not leaking today, just stress relieve it and deck port sealing surface and your rockin. I can also provide that service as well.
