barbercb
There might be another post but evidently we couldnt find it. It turned out to be real easy. 1. Pop in a lower temp sensor in the secondy fan side. Now it will come on at 190 or what ever. 2. (3d fan/ ,A/C fan, pusher fan, on the front side of radiator) , like you do with the TPS reset pull the rubber plug out of the back side of the connector(going to the fan mine was orange), use a small screw driver to release the lock and pull the spade connector out of th plug. There are only 2 wires you want to pull out the black one. Pull it through the rubber connector then push the rubber connector back up in the plug. 3. Splice into the Black/White wire (wire not grounded to the frame on the passenger side fan. Run a wire from the splice to the spade you just pulled out. I put on the female side of the spade and used some pliers to make sure it was tight then used a little solder. 4. Tape it all up and there you have it all 3 fans come on at 190 degrees. JustPaus_88TSi
I see you got to the bottom of things ... How's it working for you? Notice a temp drop?
Caliber308
All three of my fans come on at the same time. All i did was replace the no.2 thermosensor with a no.1???? No rewire on the A/C fan????? CALIBER
Professor Quest
Your right Cal. I wire the sensors together in case one fails and then hook them to a grounding switch. That way..........you can cool the motor to room temp in a few minutes. Comes in handy at the race track or if you want to work on the motor and you want it cool NOW! There are pics of this trick on my web site. The address for my web site is the "shoebox" site below. Clic on "pictures" , select page 3. Clic on the last two pictures to enlarge. If you jumper wire the fans thermosensors all 3 fans come on at once. If you "tee" the jumper wire to a grounding switch (the purple wire in the picture) you can "over-ride" the sensors and turn on the fans when ever you want, even if the motor is off. barbercb
You can also wire a jumper between relays I think.
88tsi_lover
if you always have three fans running like that you might kill your alternator faster.
jr_ss
Rather kill my alt. instead of blowing a head gasket... Easier fix and a lot cheaper too....
Professor Quest
Your car will NORMALLY run all 3 fans when you turn on the A/C ANYWAY. So, NO you won't KILL your Alt. ;D
jr_ss
Get a drawn diagram as that might help futher.... I know I'd like to see one, Thanks, Glenn.

Professor Quest
My web site is the "shoebox" address below. Clic the address, then clic "pictures" and then select the page you want. Page 3 shows the radiator and the jumper with a tee that goes to a grounding switch. This is really easy.
Professor Quest
Thermosensors aren't CHEAP...........you only need the primary. And some members have tried two primaries and that did not work out the way you THINK it would........because the secondary fan will "trip" FIRST. The jumper wire is cheaper and will make your cooling system behave like it SHOULD ALL THE TIME. But do what you like............I've tried both ways. Caliber308
Maybe my Starion is differant ;D ;D ;D Im running two no.1 thermosensors(stock Mitsubishi part) And this is the sequence in which my fans come on: first, large fan, the one on the passenger side. then the smaller fan, the one on the drivers side. at almost the same time, the pusher fan, or as i like to call it the front fan comes on. I am not running the A/C when the front fan comes on. Hope this helps someone, CALIBER
