michael knight
Hey guys, Thought I'd share some pics of how I did my engine bay fuel line set up. Pretty easy install. Feed line- welded AN-6 fitting on banjo bolt from fuel filter. Tapped Fuel rail for 3/8 NPT ( no pre-drilling necessary, the hole is perfect for 3/8 npt)and used adapter fitting 3/8NPT to AN-6 Return line- Found, I believe 5/16 to AN-6 adapter, .....whatever the stock thread is where factory plug is.(cracked 3 rails trying to drill/tap 3/8NPT-Too BIG!), then ran the return line to Aeromotive compact style AFPR, cut and used stock rubber hose return to hardline on frame rail. Fuel pressure gauge- Used Saw-Zaw to hack off old regulator, Tapped for 1/8 NPT(once again, no-pre drilling necessary because hole size is perfect), screwed in Gauge http://img395.imageshack.us/my.php?image=fuel1al8.jpg http://img362.imageshack.us/my.php?image=fuel2fi3.jpg http://img362.imageshack.us/my.php?image=fuel3wh4.jpg http://img362.imageshack.us/my.php?image=fuel4vt0.jpg http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/84/fuel5uw7.th.jpg Damon Edited October 21, 2008 by michael knight

michael knight
Nice set up. Is that a NEW OEM Secondary Injector? :winking0013: Thanks for the injector Kelly. AFR's are dead on now. Also, Thanks to *DM for letting me delete his surplus of TB's during my experiment. If anyone is having *DM do a TB rebuild it's my fault you have to send in a core. JK!
