From the twin cities and I work at SharaDon performance and we just got done building a 5.7 Hemi in a Conquest that sports a 76mm turbo and 904 auto trans! We have not seen any one else do this swap yet so we decided to try it.

It did happen and it put 550 to the wheels

Well, you're only 50 short of 4 cyl fury's 600 to the wheels with a G54b! Keep at it, you can probably do as well.

Also, must be waiting for the snow to melt.

Thank you guys! Also the 550 whp will be improved upon. We reached the limit of the stock SRT fuel rails and we were only putting 7 lbs on it. after the fuel rail change and increase in boost we would like to see 650 Rwhp. Considering this will be a daily driver we will be happy with that. We were not looking to break any HP records with this build, we just wanted to put a Hemi in one! D_Venable feel free to stop by the shop any time!

I will soon. I need to take better pictures and the cowl hood is almost done and ready for paint. Plus I have to hit 50 posts before I can post in the engine swappers forum.

I will get more and better pics up of the HemiQuest. Looking forward to getting it out this summer and working out the Kinks! Is there a spot to post videos? I have a couple of it on the chassis dyno.

Thank you TexasQuest! We will be doing some upgrades as we go and I will post updates as they happen. I am sure we will be running into issues with the stock rear differential...any one know the limit to these? I heard some one was running 9's on a stock diff, is that true?

The driveshaftshop ...and from our latest pm's 4cylfury has a set like the ones he is using for sale but don't think that will be very everyday road friendly.....from the other hand nor 800whp will be :D :D :D :D Edited by EVOMINUS

I`ve broken quite a few stock axles. But, I have also run 9.0et with 1.35 sixty on stock set up. I discovered that launching above 5500 RPM would break them. But, that`s with my little 2.0 motor. You will have a lot more torque.

I don`t think you`ll have a problem with the diff. What gear set you running?

It`s been years since I`ve dealt with DSS, but they used to be great to deal with on the phone. Plus, they fixed anything I broke.

Good luck with your Quest.

3:54 Gears with a 904 trans ( 3 speed auto ) with 26" tall tires! Sounds like I should crank up the boost and let er eat! Thanks for the info guys. Allen405 thank you and if you are ever in Hugo stop by the shop and ask for Randy!
