theoretically: would you not be able to just tune the car with an safc2 to get it to pass smog? I am about to be running a 1g mas with walbro fuel pump, wide 02, msd pressure regulator and an safc2. Do you think it would be possible to tune it to pass with the 850 primary? .....Interested.... ~Chris

You read it, I need an electronic copy of the 1986 Factory Shop Manual-ElectricalCharging System so I can hook up my alternator (86 alternator in my 89) If someone will send this to me I will paypal you $10 Please help me out Chris

Ive got a rebuilt 86 alternator and the corresponding harness connection which looks like this l- in comparison to the 87 and later style which looks like this (| |) The stock 89 wiring is white/yellow stripe and white/green stripe I need to connect the 86 harness (white/brown & a blue wire) but don't know which wires go where, I only have the pdf with 88 electrical and can't firgure this out without an 86 wiring diagram or some - please - help Its my only alternator and I cant afford to find out the hard way Let me know if you know how to connect or can help me out, the car has been getting built up and hasn't been on the road in 2 years, 150-200 hours invested and would love to take it for a spin tomorrow (I know you guys & gals know how that is Thanks in advance Chris

A long while back I traded some dimpled and slotted rotors + cash for an injec em-3 standalone computer, to make a long story short it sat on the shelf for the time I had it until I sold it to pay some bills and the person wants their money back because they cannot unlock the security feature of the ecu. I was led to believe the security code was hand written inside the owners manual but the numbers in there do not work. If anyone knows how to get ahold of him could you please help me out, I don't have the $$$ to return to my customer and I don't want this guy taking it out on my quest with a bat if you get my drift His info was on the old ix-net board but I cant find access to that anywhere so.... Any help is greatly appreciated
