Ono
What's a fair price for this? Rebuilt motor with less then 1000 miles on it (before head was removed, had to say it or someone would have asked the obvious). Balance shaft removed Came out of a car that I bought, thought was burning oil, turned out to be the turbo, pulled the motor to repaint the car all over and drop a moderately modded motor in. Ono
stock rebuild? how longs it been sitting with no head? $450-$550? Yes, stock rebuild. Sitting for 4 days w/out head, douched with WD-40 in a bag, inside.
Fanta
I would try for $300 and work your way up from there... but my reason being that I got a rebuilt engine ( about 3-4k miles ) for that much, minus an alternator, throttlebody, and turbo. conquest_junkie
ya i would say...350-400 range......no head,turbo,manifold,tb...tuff to sell for top dollar without that stuff
chiplee
it's a crap shoot unless you want to take the time to disassemble and inspect everything. If not I'd shoot for $400'ish
