Trying to install a bucket seat

I'm trying to install a Sparco seat and I got a wedge seat bracket and the bolts in the rear are way too big and hit the seat bracket do you guys think I could buy smaller bolt heads or screw ins I don't know I need help I have no slider so should I get a slider to help it out

Maybe a carriage bolt and then nut from underneath?
