Hey mate. I bought an Alternator back in December, and it seems to have stopped working about a month ago. Brand new one. But returning it would be difficult as I'm in Australia. What are my options?

Cheers

You should probably contact them directly instead of asking here, there is a very good chance that they aren't actively watching this topic.

Return postage would cost me too much. Not worth my hassle. Just wont buy from them again. I'll buy local.

I bought a Radiator from them a few weeks ago for a car I was working on for a customer, and received the wrong radiator.  They sent me a manual Trans Radiator instead of the Auto version which didn't have the Tranny cooler lines on it. It was complete hassle trying to exchange it and get the correct one. In the end I just bought a external tranny cooler out of my pocket to install on the car.
They are horrible to deal with when it comes to them correcting something they screwed up, so I feel your pain Woody!!
